It is frequently impossible to get through to a human being at this practice. I cracked a rib on 3/25 and the next day developed severe bronchitis, so pain caused by heavy coughing needed attention. I was able to see Dr. Hunter and then 4 days later Diana Charlson, but when I continued to need medical help, a recorded message said a nurse would contact me within 24 hours! Bighorn Mountain Medicine has closed. The practitioners are now across 5th Street. The Internal Medicine, Outpatient Clinic for the Sheridan Memorial Hospital has familiar faces. Scheduling my visit with Diane Charlson, PA was simple, and quick. She asked good questions, and showed flexibility in addressing my issues.
