Once again, we had a great experience with Chris of Sheridan Heating & Cooling. Our heat wasn't coming on and it was an extremely frigid day and we had family over, including 2 infants. I call Sheridan in the morning and was told someone would be here to look at the furnace between 12-3. Chris arrived on time, was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgable. The condensation line was blocked with rust! Chris cleaned it out and our heat has been working very well. We are now planning to have Sheridan replace the furnace... read more

Woke up in the middle of the night with no heat. Sheridan responded promptly. Tech Chris identified the problem immediately, and fixed it. Sheridan will be my contractor of choice for the future!
