Every time I go for my appointments the staff is absolutely amazing and it feels like a treat rather than a chore!
Dr. Daniel and his entire team are truly exceptional. His work is excellent, and you always feel you are in the hands of someone you can completely trust. What makes the clinic even more special is the atmosphere, from the moment you walk in, the front desk staff make you feel like family. It is a rare combination of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It is no surprise the practice is becoming so busy.
After my procedure, I asked for a toothbrush kit as is standard at most dental offices. Then I was told they “only give them to hygiene patients” because they “get extremely expensive,” along with “we’re not like other dentists.” If basic oral care kits are considered “extremely expensive,” that says enough about Dr.Hyun dentistry. Dental work was ok but can one get dental service without engaging front desk interaction? Isn’t front desk an integral part of visit to a dentist?
