We received a quote from a well known and advertised company that we felt was excessive, and the work quoted was not negotiable. We sought a second quote from Marcus at Sheridan Garage doors. Marcus was experienced, honest and reliable. He discussed our options and did not try to pressure or upsell us. Did not supply a garage remote after installation. Has ignored emails, online contact forms, texts and calls for over a year.
Had to call Marcus out as I damaged the door and motor of my roller door as I was reversing. He came out when he said he would and then a few days later I had a new motor. His boys were on time and very professional..
Following several quotes we went with Sheridan to replace our double garage door and motor. Marcus was reliable and helpful with a ‘can do’ attitude. His team were polite and professional. Price was best I could find and could not be happier with the result, looks beautiful and electric motor is so quiet! Would definitely recommend and use Sheridan again in the future.
