DO NOT RENT HERE!!! absolute slumlords, plenty of other buildings on Sheridan without the issues this building has…..RUN AWAY and DO NOT sign a lease.
These companies in chicago are a joke. Did I read this info correctly. Application fee ok I get that everyone charges for that, however $450 admin fee, $400-600 one time pet fee then an additional $25 monthly pet fee. Wow
I've been living here since August and still have a few months left on my lease, but I'm already counting the days until I leave. Before I even moved in, I experienced major false advertisement. The unit I was originally supposed to get was shown on their website with features like a dishwasher, but when I drove nearly 3 hours to see it in person, none of those features were actually in the apartment. As a current resident, i have had a wonderful experience with the apartment.any fun events. Maintenance is so welcoming and ready to help. I have had every problem solved. I enjoy working with the leasing agents. They are extremely personable.
