Most people understand Sec. 8 apartments can take months to years of being on a waiting list to have your turn for a apartment come up first of all, so expecting a month or less for a turn is expecting to much. Next, one should be thankful that help is even out there for the less fortunate and not blame anyone person like Beverly for unexpected shortcomings in your life as I wont for my life. Just be thankful.
I have to say I have never had a problem with Beverly or any of the other people at Stratford. My apartment is nice and my Landlord, does his best to get the fixes done as soon as he can. Sorry the rest of you are having problems, Maybe it is your attitude that needs fixing and not the company
Beverly is very rude to everyone. She comes off as uncaring and cold. She was rude every time I called her and didnt have time to talk nor want to talk. They are unprofessional and they do take their time and they dont care if you have to wait. Miss goody two shoes needs to come off her high horse and get some pleasant manners. Appalling!

Interested in the River Forest Apartments, I drove 3.5 hours from my current home to tour a townhouse and fill out an application the last week of August. I sent every piece of paperwork and application from Roscommon the very next day, Monday, to an employee named Beverly. It is September 15 and after daily calls, Beverly rudely informed me that after more than 2 WEEKS, she still had not bothered to even OPEN my information. Sheridan Arms was a great home. I loved the neighborhood in the historical district. I also thought it was great having heat included. I couldnt find as large a space for the price anywhere else.
