They were paid. They cashed the check. They sent me to collections for the paid bill ? Problem resolved. Now they sent the exact same bill to a different collection agency. Let’s see how this goes Update. Contacted better business bureau. Case was pulled out of collection, but they are still insisting I owe a copay of $56 The procedure was a mammogram which was 100% covered. Never never will I ever go to another Advent Health !

Worst billing company, if I could give them a -5 star I would. For starters their hold times are for 30min or more no matter when you call. Their online system never corresponds with the statements they mail. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my statements corrected. They first billed me higher than what my EOB stated I owed. Then after making 3 payments my balance almost doubled and I had to call them again to get it corrected. Most frustrating billing company.
