I am happy to express my appreciation for working with RE/Max The Woodlands , Spring tx .... specifically Marlys Mulkey with the Zack Richmond Group who not only does a great job , but actually cares about what she is tasked to accomplish ( Imagine that in these days and times ) Thanks for your professional and timely services.
Accepted an offer from our realtor, then while attempting to set up inspection and sending earnest money they accepted an offer from a client of theirs. They canceled our offer. They are very unethical and should loose their license.
Highly recommend Ivan Arjona and his amazing team. They just helped us sell and purchase our homes in The Woodlands. They went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Especially during this time of uncertainty they brought calmness and guided us each step of the way. They truly love what they do and it shows! If you want a realtor that treats you like family and will work hard for you then Ivan, Natalia and Theresa are your team!
Would be perfect if Google had a negative ranking system. We had a very bad experience with agent Lisa Roth, negligent and unprofessional as an agent. When we had an issue in our house because of her negligence by hiring unprofessional people to fix the issues in the house (that had to be fixed before our move in) she did not express any understanding or she would be sorry for what she caused. We were charged for something that was HER fault not ours and I hope it comes back to her as she made us feel very upset and fooled.
