If I could rate Dr. Ross with a negative star, I absolutely would. Because of her, my 4 year old is scared to death to visit the doctor. She was so rude to my child trying to rush her along when she was upset about getting tested for illness. She was impatient and insensitive. She shoved the tongue compressor so hard in her throat my daughter screamed in pain and was shaking. I will never allow my children to be seen by her again. She shouldn’t be a pediatrician.
