The staff was nice however I didn’t have a chance to speak with Sheri dewan. She sent in her nurse practitioner instead of seeing me herself. They did not have any of the proper information that I was there to see them for. Not entirely their fault, my referring dr sent them the wrong information. However they should have been able to find something a miss when I told them why I was making the appointment and what my other doctor sent over wasn’t a match. I felt heard and they seem to care for me. When I scheduled my appointment it was told I couldn’t be seen until May 7th. I reached back out to the office and they made away for me to get in to see the doctor in a couple weeks at another clinic. The team rocks!!
Entire health care team is very caring and knowledgeable. They listen to their patients and show much respect.
