I am a dentist and an AGD Master When i saw these reviews by mostly non-dentists it hit a chord with me realizing how unfair and mean some reviews can be. I have been a dentist for over 40 years and have used Sherer Dental lab for over 30 years. We have always had a good relationship with good communication. I think this lab may be closing? Poor lab turnaround times. Outsource certain partial prescriptions without informing dentist. Had an implant crown due back last month and have no idea when delivery date will be going forward. Used this lab for 15-20 years….with recent 12-18 months of experience, I’m just disappointed with their communication and professionalism.
Unprofessional. Lady showed me different shades for an crown, but each sample she showed me she placed against my tooth and touch my mouth each time. Not one did she sterilize any of them. She placed them back on the board or clip she got them from. Made me wonder if she's done it to others. Also pictures were taken with her personal phone, and she even got me to assist here by hold and fold my lip back while taking the pictures. No type of machinery or assistance for anything. My dentist Dr Murdock sent me to make sure my replacement bridge is color matched, A shout out to Oliver my technician who is very professional ,obviously a master in his work! Very informative! I was greeted asked to wait a few moments and that's all it was was a few moments ☺️👍
