Well at first they were great to work with until I actually starting having several problems with my heat pump. 5 year parts warranty is a joke when they charge you over $600 in labor to put the part in. I’ll never call them again
Took forever to fix my friends hot water and grossly overcharged. We won't be using Sheren again.
Update: Not only did they leave my elderly Uncle and Aunt without water for weeks they then OVERCHARGED. THEY RIP OFF THE ELDERLY... PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Update: ...still waiting after ten days. Without hot water another weekend. A company that dismisses and lies to the elderly is the lowest type you can find. My Great Uncle has been without hot water for nearly a week because this company didn't show up for the first appointment. Then, after showing up, promised a fix within three days...it's been five more. Look... read more
