I had a fantastic experience with Sheren from Petoskey back in 2022 when they installed a high-efficiency 3-ton A/C and an 80,000 BTU two-stage 97% AFUE furnace in my previous condo. The system worked beautifully, and I was very pleased with both the quality, attention, and professionalism at that time. Best company for plumbing and heating home needs. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. This is for projects you don’t have time or knowledge to complete yourself, essential work and emergencies. We’ve had them come out a few times and always get the job done right the first time. We’ve had our heat go out on a Saturday with temps in the teens; they came out and fixed our issue within 3 hours. They put my furnace back together wrong and I had to get someone else to come and fix it. They also said they don't make parts for it anymore and they do.

Well at first they were great to work with until I actually starting having several problems with my heat pump. 5 year parts warranty is a joke when they charge you over $600 in labor to put the part in. I’ll never call them again
