In the Spring of 2023, I contacted the Sheree Johnson Agency of American Family Insurance to discuss homeowners’ coverage for my residence. This year I added an umbrella policy and auto insurance for several vehicles. I find Ms. Johnson to be very knowledgeable about the products offered by AM/FAM. She listened carefully to my questions and concerns to assemble an appropriate package of coverages for my needs. I think you should speak with Ms. Johnson when shopping for insurance coverage.

I am very happy to be a part of the American Family Insurance family (no pun intended). Sheree Johnson gives super personalized, superior customer service akin to what you get from Chic Fila. She takes her time to explain EVERYTHING and she looks at every single line item to make sure that you are getting the most for your hard earned cash. She is awesome and I hope that AFI is aware of how valuable she is.
