We first worked with Sherco Construction when they built our home in 2014, which was a very positive experience. The quality was exceptional, and we found Tom and Joe Carlisle to be both reliable and professional. The service we received after the sale was also outstanding. We found Sherco through the realtor who helped us buy our lot in 2024 and they did a fabulous job on our new home (completed in December 2025. I’ll probably put updated photos here come summer since these are from when it was under construction). EDITED: to include picture of the siding over a year later, still doesn’t match). We built with Sherco around 3 years ago. Early on in the process they were fine to work with, and the builder trend app was great. (there were some hiccups, but this was to be expected with COVID) During the build process we were told we had a $5,000 appliance allowance (We, including Tom, the owner of Sherco initialed the page) but after we had picked out our appliances we were told that because we changed the kitchen layout our appliance allo... read more
