We found Sherco through the realtor who helped us buy our lot in 2024 and they did a fabulous job on our new home (completed in December 2025. I’ll probably put updated photos here come summer since these are from when it was under construction). Early on in the process they were fine to work with, and the builder trend app was great. (there were some hiccups, but this was to be expected with COVID) During the build process we were told we had a $5,000 appliance allowance (We, including Tom, the owner of Sherco initialed the page) but after we had picked out our appliances we were told that because we changed the kitchen layout our appliance allo... read more
