My husband stopped in here because he had an urgent medical issue and couldn’t get into his regular doctor. He got in, set up and diagnosed within 20 minutes. He was really happy with the doctor and quality of service.
I went to Sheerbroke Clinic as a walk-in and was told there was a doctor available. But even with that, I ended up waiting for a very long time without any clear updates. It felt like they just forgot about the patients sitting there. There was no proper communication or time estimate, and no sense of urgency from the staff. If you’re planning to walk in, be prepared to wait — possibly for hours. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
I called today at 11:04 a.m., and the receptionist was extremely rude! Would not let me get a word in, she interrupted me several times, very short answers. Horrible service! If you're having a bad day, maybe take the day off. That's no way to treat people in a professional setting.
