Maintenance number is disconnected often and $0 is put into making this community nicer. (Attached is a photo of broken overflowing gutters and a leaking roof for 8 week. Multiple tenant's have a leaking roof, our Vietnam Veteran of a neighbor is dealing with all of this also. Shame on this place and Friedman who operates here.)
