Have generally had good experiences here. Sadly I now live in Etobicoke and it's a hassle to get over there. The parking situation is terrible. Free lot is super limited and you have to get lucky, and the closest paid lot is at least a 5-10 minute walk for me (but I have mobility issues). It's north of Carlton, and $6/hour. I love that they have on-site testing for things like STDs, blood work. No imaging. They also have an in-house diabetes team (who are amazing!), nurses, and mental health services from what I recall. Demonstrating extreme professionalmisconduct and neglect of my care at Sherbourne, Dr. Sarah Follett and the Clinic have now ignored my repeated attempts to access healthcare at all. My health is declining, the effects are cumulative and compounding, they do not CARE. At all. A lawsuit will eventually resolve the matter. I am not even provided the name of Follett's Supervisor when repeatedly requested. It is blatant abuse. Great Doctors, nurses and admin staff. They makes patients a priority while understanding the different needs of their clients. I feel taken care of whenever I go there.
Canada must be incredibly proud to have an establishment like this. From the staff to the overall environment, everything made me feel respected, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thank you to everyone working here for the important work you do every day. Highly recommended.
