At this time, Hazelle Palmer and upper leadership at this Clinic continue to ignore repeated requests for accommodation under the AODA which are necessary for me as a person with multiple disabilities to access care at all, while violations of PHIPA legislation are ongoing. I was a patient at this clinic for almost two decades. During most of that time, my previous physicians and the clinic staff were wonderful, and I am grateful for the care I received.
