Sherbetjian Premium Tax Services were well referred to me. They answer all your concerns right away. Most impressive is how ethical they are, not like a car salesman. They are thorough and work diretly with the IRS. I thought my taxes were complicated but they made it really simple and explained it really well. Movses has so much patience and goes out of his way to show first class service and chivarly to make taxes a better experience. They are the best.
I went to hasmig and spent 2 hours in her office, started the whole process and she told me to go verify one piece of information and get back to her before she filed my taxes. I verified the information and called her dozens of times and left messages to have her file the return. She never did. Time is not important to her. I was very excited to work with her at first because she was so nice and welcoming in the office, but unfortunately I won’t be using her services.
