This has got to be one of the BEST cold treats ever. You can taste the freshness in the sherbet, creaminess and explosion of flavor. The peach cobbler was probably my favorite but I just tried the pumpkin spice and it was to die for!! Absolute must try!
I went to the Colorado Springs Farmers Market this Sunday and I saw the sign for Sherbert and could not pass because I absolutely love Sherbert in any form. Tasted a couple samples and went home with the BosenBerry flavor (Walter’s Bliss). Let me tell you. That Sherbert was amazing. I wish I tried the Habenero flavors cause that intrigues me but I’m not a spicy type of person. Currently at home and eating this while typing this review and wow. Google maps shows SherBeths Sweet Shop but we arrived to Popup Kitchen and Events. Decadent coffee shop on first appearance but when asked, delicious ice cream was available. Following ice cream we decided to have lunch and were not let down! Prices were very reasonable and food was delicious. My son commented his biscuit was one of the best he had ever had. My veggie burrito was amazing and my daughter's Asian themed salmon bowl was the best (according to her).
