We LOVE the Vistana Villages! Have been back multiple times! Grounds are always clean, plenty of things to do (or not to!), and friendly staff. We will be back!
Unbelievable and Unacceptable! We were guests at this hotel in July of 2021 and loved it. However, I am sorry to report that our recent visit was horribly disappointing. Cleanliness is number one in my book for hotels and the Sheraton failed miserably. The mattress in our room smelled like urine. Someone had urinated on it and it was masked by a mattress cover. The immediate response of the front desk was that, they had to inspect it to make sure it was really urine; not, utter shock that this happened to a guest. After my h... read more
