We are owners and we have stayed in here multiple times per year. We have never had a problem before but in this stayed we encounter 2 problems. 1. The room had mold in a few spots and we did found them the last night in our stay. But I kinda knew something was wrong because I was waking up coughing and with a itching feeling I. My throat. 2. Clean room , but service was lacking, Hard to find help for even buying sunglasses at the pool, Went to Zimmie’s Bar and grill in this resort and was treated great by Cesar mid day bar tender at Zimmies was friendly and courteous, Then later we returned to Zimmies and had a completely different experience, Rodney The evening bartender was very disturbed by us for some reason , It was evident by his demeanor: Very cold unfriendly and acted like we were not there and we ordered drinks and some the tripe dipper that list it com... read more
