The location feels awkward in comparison to the rest of the city. For a Sheraton I was disappointed. The front lobby was gorgeous but the room was a let down. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom felt sterile and unwelcoming. The shower had great water pressure but the design of the shower made it so the water leaked and splashed onto the floor. Front desk staffs are very professional, willing to help and solve issues. Breakfast place staff was very friendly in welcoming and servicing the guests.
This is not a great hotel. The furniture in the rooms need to be cleaned or updated. The bathrooms are set up really weird. I was not impressed.
