We arrived to Chicago from Ireland for a concert. The accomodation we booked ended up being a scam. After 4 hours of panic and not knowing what we were gonna do, we ended up here at Sheraton suites. The person at the counter Mila, saved our holiday. After explaining our situation she sorted us out and gave us a room! Finally we were able to relax. Staff here are amazing, super friendly. I really liked the location. The hotel is just off the interstate, but nicely tucked away in a business park with beautiful ponds and grassy areas—perfect for our two pets that were traveling with us! The room was clean and well equipped, but a little snug (two double beds nearly touch the walls on the sides of the room). The staff were friendly and helpful. The Starbucks coffee in the room was tasty and convenient. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay!
This is by far the worst Marriott brand hotel I’ve ever stayed in, let alone the worst Sheraton. This franchise should NOT be allowed to use the Sheraton name, because it clearly is NOT Sheraton standards. Not only is it dirty, old and run down, but the management and level of service at which it operates is also by far the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel. Examples: 1. Both elevators not working. First room smelled like mold so they graciously assigned another room. The hotel is very dated.
