The staff members were super nice and friendly. This made the stay worth a while. The rooms could use refresh/upgrade. The french doors can go, TVs can be upgraded, the room layout could use an update as well. I had two major issues - 1) heater not working and 2) flooding in the bathroom after using the shower. The heater got fixed after I brought it up. It was nice to come back to a warm room. Nice hotel in a quiet business park. Liked the large rooms.
I tried to get back my money for no-show charge due to the last-minute cancellation of my flight that resulted from the government shutdown. I ended up checking in early next morning. In spite of this, this hotel did NOT give me a refund for this unfair charge. I left the voice message for contacting front desk manager BUT he did NOT call me back.
