This place was horrible! Upon walking in it was very nice . The receptionist was really kind they process went by smooth but he didn’t give me any i need oration or details about my stay , I had to ask him everything and he didn’t know . It took forever for the room to cool down . The website says there is microwaves in the room . There is Not also none in the lobby. I asked for a cleaning the housekeeper only came to bring towels that’s it . We tracked almost 5 hours away and was satisfied. The beds were horrible and extrem... read more
This is convenient to the airport for sure! That is the only positive. The property desperately needs an update. The food served at the restaurant is sub-par and there is no delivered room service. The listing makes this hotel appear fancy and it is anything but. There is a very battered edge to everything with dirty carpets and an unpleasant odor throughout. Everything is aged and a little grimy. It is overpriced and doesn’t deserve the Bonvoy title. Very disappointed to have spent good money on a bad experience.
Very close to the airport. The hotel is very modern and has a great vibe/atmosphere. The restaurant and bar was surprisingly great. Our food was wonderful and the service was excellent. The rooms are large and had a separate sleeping area and lounge area. I will rebook next time I need to fly out of Chicago.
