I’ve stayed here 12 nights over past 5 weeks - Good rooms, staff friendly but owners are not caring about facilities. Elevator is a bit scary (only one is operable for past 6 weeks & other one sounds like it will die and actually was broken for one day), bonvoy room has been shutdown multiple times, they downgraded my room rez but didn’t tell me until 7pm, an hour before my arrival. Not overly responsive. Feels like they are trying to do minimum to be a Sheraton. It’s good but not what I expect from a Sheraton.
Always a solid consistent stay Friendly team also Walk and drive to plenty of restaurants and activities Parking may be the only mini challenge
