I came here on my birthday. Marcus at the front desk was great. When we arrived we had some issues with our tv and door. He apologized and immediately upgraded us to another room and gave us complimentary breakfast. My stay was nice, rooms were nice and cozy, and hotel staff was friendly. Marcus Thanks so much
Great overall stay!Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Sheridan Hotel and I would definitely return. The ambiance and vibe of the place are fantastic — it just has that relaxing, upscale-but-comfortable feel that makes you want to unwind.The outdoor pool and hot tub area is beautiful and spotlessly clean.
