Marcus and Susan at the front desk were amazing. Always smiling and have good attitudes all the time.
We were on the 1st floor and the rooms and lobby areas had a sewer odor.

Had a very good experience at this hotel. DeMarus was very helpful and helped out my daughter when there was a problem. He was very professional and always had a smile on his face. He truly made a big difference in our stay. The hotel was in a great location we went for a walk early in the morning and had no problems we felt very safe. The rooms and lounge were very nice and everything is so clean.
We had an amazing time staying there. DeMarus was such a professional and very helpful. He was so nice and helped when we encountered a problem. He was one of the only people that smiled every time we saw him. The hotel is in a nice location and had a great walking trail/paths. The area is nice and has some nice places to eat at and grab coffee. The lounge was nice and always had good snacks.
