Rude , unprofessional and will not respond or resolve issues in a timely manner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not care about the community, property they manage or tenants. The team in the main office have horrible attitudes and only response to anything is “I’m sorry you feel that way” They want to squeeze every penny out of you and give you the bare minimum in return. It's difficult to even know quite how to describe this real estate management group, "Sheraton Real Estate Management" in Chico, CA. I'd been living in a Several & Lease rental for only 2 1/2 months, and when it came time to renew the lease (4 1/2 months ahead of time, is that normal?), their policy turned out to be forcing all 4 tenants to sign lease paperwork agreeing to pay rent for the future 12 months, in order to proceed with a lease assumption including only the tenants that would be staying. All of these 4 star reviews have to be fake. Go to the yelp page for real reviews of this company. Sheraton Real Estate is a terrible company. They will keep every penny of your deposit and even charge you more money when they send you a bill for bogus and bloated charges. They tried to charge us $2,000 for repainting the house. Looking into the California Renters Rights when you live at a place for over 2 years they aren't allowed to charge you anything for the repainting of the house. Quite possibly the worst at customer service I've ever seen. Unreturned calls, and unreturned emails. I'm very glad I never got the chance to rent from them.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They lost my rent. I put it in the drop box but they didn't tell me that it was never credited to my account until almost 3 weeks later so I've long gotten rid of the receipt proving I bought a money order and having the number on it. They won't respond to noise complaints. You deal with different people every time so when you call with a recurring problem they have no idea what you're talking about
