It’s been awhile but back in 2017-2018 we rented a property from this property management and was told by Jeff That we would get our security deposit. It’s 2024 and WE NEVER GOT IT. Btw, I contacted Wilmington city inspection and they stated he FAILED the inspection. Take y’all money else where. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. You’ve been warned.
DO NOT RENT FROM SHERATON PROPERTIES!!! TRIED TO TAKE MAJORITY OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ITEMS THAT WERE NOT MISSING AND ALSO THAT WERE NEVER THERE !! Constant issues with the property at that! STILL HAVN'T SENT THE REMAINING PORTION OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT 🤬 I am definitely a previous tenant & I have contacted you , you never responded when i asked about the remaining portion owed from my security deposit. For the items u charged me for that were NOT BROKEN OR STOLEN .

WORST LANDLORD IN DELAWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY TO SUPPORT HIS FAMILY WHEN HES A SLUMLORD HE DESERVES NO INCOME AND HE PRAYS ON BLACK PEOPLE hes been known in delaware to keep security deposits and make up lies dont say i didnt warn you! his wife is fake too she deserves no income as well! jeff uses drug addicts to fix his properties so that lets me know he used to be one or he still is a drug addict
