The first day I thought I can believe her , me and her were suppose to see a house , I call and ask her about it she goes and say well yea you need it , she was all being smart and stuff . And then hung up the phone , I made sure her instagram went down and everything
It’s been awhile but back in 2017-2018 we rented a property from this property management and was told by Jeff That we would get our security deposit. It’s 2024 and WE NEVER GOT IT. Btw, I contacted Wilmington city inspection and they stated he FAILED the inspection. Take y’all money else where. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. You’ve been warned.
DO NOT RENT FROM SHERATON PROPERTIES!!! TRIED TO TAKE MAJORITY OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ITEMS THAT WERE NOT MISSING AND ALSO THAT WERE NEVER THERE !! Constant issues with the property at that! STILL HAVN'T SENT THE REMAINING PORTION OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT 🤬 I am definitely a previous tenant & I have contacted you , you never responded when i asked about the remaining portion owed from my security deposit. For the items u charged me for that were NOT BROKEN OR STOLEN .
