The overall stay was just okay. The lock on our room door was very difficult to get to work so it was a repeated struggle to get into our room, even with new key cards made. Upon check in, my son always wants me to check for bed bugs, there were none I could see however I discovered that one of the beds; the bottom sheet was put on inside out and it was covered in human hair. When you come to the Sheraton, you're thinking you're going to have this big, elaborate, high-end hotel experience. I mean, it's the Sheraton for crying out loud. When you first walk in, it does look pretty fancy. The lobby is nice, and I will say this right away: everybody who worked here was really nice. Nobody acted posh or stuck-up. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints about the staff. Check-in was fairly easy. The air quality is not great, there was mold inside my ac unit and you cannot stop it from blowing air. They do have decent dinner for reasonable price, breakfast buffet is not up to par for the quality of hotel, mostly frozen meat and liquid or powdered eggs, some fresh fruit. Many restaurants nearby, varying from price and quality. The bar has some pretty good drinks.

They at least give you new towels and beds made every day.
