AMAZING SERVICE. Food, snacks, and drinks at their Apres ski event 3:30-5:30! And a special thank you to Mel Rowe for her kindness! Very friendly and kind staff. Shuttle service to ski resorts and Main Street as well!
When I called the hotel to ask about ski and room reservations, Maria assisted me professionally, warmly, and compassionately. I will definitely stay at this hotel again because of their excellent customer service, which made me feel very comfortable.
I would highly recommend the Park City Sheraton. Although a shuttle ride is provided to Park City, the hotels shuttles made it very convenient. There are several restaurants within walking distance if you do not want to go downtown. Mel and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and apre-ski appetizers were great! Good bartenders as well.
We had a great time at the Sheraton Park city. We were checked in by Mel Roe and she was fantastic And extremely helpful. The pool side rooms are great if you have young kids. The game room and workout room were also fantastic amenities.
