This hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating or the price. The headboard was worn and looked dirty and cheap, which immediately made the room feel poorly maintained. The bed was clean, but the room overall felt outdated. There were no basic bathroom amenities (shower cap, cotton swabs, comb, etc.), and the bathroom drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The staff were very helpful, friendly, the dining accommodations was fantastic.
Easy access, courteous staff and great parking.
I've been visiting OKC for years to visit family and this hotel us just perfect. Great staff. Clean updated rooms. Great location. Always my place to stay in town.
