Outdated rooms. Only one functioning elevator. No a/c in july when its a sweltering 85 degrees outside. Hugely dissapointed. Wont be spending another dime ever again at this property!
I really disliked this place. How can this hotel have a 4.3 rating and no air-conditioning? The rooms are $350 a night in the summer but lack basic amenities. You can get the same room /price at the Westin don’t stay here.
The only reason they’re getting two stars is because the refunded us. Otherwise they’d get no stars. 90 degrees in the room and non functional toilet after paying ~$700?? I just finished a 120 mile bike race- this is absolutely unacceptable. Appreciate they gave the money back but I sincerely wish I had booked elsewhere. Weekend in Avon is being cut short because we don’t have acceptable accommodation.
