I didn’t even get the chance to stay at the hotel because they canceled my reservation without even notifying me. I normally always call hotels to make sure I’m good to go for the trip. I go to look… it says canceled on the site but in my capital one travel section it was still saying confirmed. This is all happening the day before the trip Please be careful with this hotel. They tried to make it seem like it was Capital One who canceled but it was really them. Next time don’t overbook your hotel.
I don't even know where to begin between the smell of mildew old cigarettes and probably bed bug clean up this place is a terrible choice for anybody traveling in Louisiana safe area I guess
Ended up here when Delta decided we shouldn't fly home tonight after waiting 5+ hours at the airport. Room is decent, but there's definitely deferred maintenance and oddities... Like why is the water hot when the faucet is all the way to cold and even hotter if the hot side is open? No extra blankets or comforters available. Glad Delta is paying and not me.
