Great location! Rooms are dirty and carpet is filthy! The doors do not lock properly and wall paper inside restroom coming apart. The shower not cleaned properly as you can see the hairs stuck on the drain! We booked the suite access which was available online with dates specified. As we arrived , we found out club is closed on the weekends! The pool is dirty. The staff sits inside the room near by and finally gets up to assist. If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would. Please be aware of how bad this place is. We found rat droppings inside the room, and it made us very itchy. I also felt something in the bed that irritated my skin. The room was extremely dirty and overall a terrible experience.
My family & I stayed one night. Room was cleaned & very comfy. I woke up in the morning to shower, as I reached for the wash rag to use, I noticed it was not very clean. Like someone had used it & folded it back up to think it was clean. Before I left, I took the wash rag to the front desk to let them know the situation. They informed me that they would be talking to housekeeping. Over all the stay was nice. P.s - please get better pillows!
