This is easily turning into one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Tempe/Mesa Phoenix metropolitan area. Nancy was very pleasant to speak with when confirming our reservations as well as accommodating our room selection and preferences since we booked 2 rooms as our usual stay. Rooms are very nice, bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of room. Jaxon at the front desk was really great and took care of us. He was friendly and exactly the type of person that should be at the front desk. Maria Duran in the Sheraton club was amazing. We arrived after the club closed and she went above and beyond to make sure that our 19 month old was fed. Thank you so much to the staff who made this stop easy. There were a few positives about our stay. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the staff member who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean. There was a water bottle and other belongings left behind from a previous guest, the drinking glasses were dirty, and the towels were dirty as well. Justin was super kind and really made my experience fantastic. The location is very convenient, clean, and updated. For what you get, it was very affordable.
