Older interior but rooms were clean and staff friendly.
Facility is standard, food and beverage service sub par. Buffet and the associated lines were set up in the corridor. Making navigation around the conference area uncomfortably packed.
Enjoyed my stay here.
Incredible staff, Ramesh was extremely helpful and timely when it mattered for a business meeting.
You know... I just love this hotel. I've stayed here a number of times for work, and it's not the Ritz but the staff are what make it. They're so friendly and make an effort to "connect".... sets them apart from their peer brands and other local hotels.
