Great hotel - central to where I needed to go.
We had booked a room for 2 nights through our credit card travel program. We had a family medical emergency that prevented us from staying on the 1st night. Our credit card travel program rep. called to confirm they would hold the room for the 2nd night. They said they would. When we arrived late the next night, they said we couldn’t have the room.
