Kasra at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. He was so kind and accommodating. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and have never been treated better.
Overall beautiful hotel and establishment, however I did have some minor hiccups the concierge KP could not answer. Hotwire said free breakfast buffet, but showing up it was 20$, not make or break but no one at the desk could tell me what was served, if it was a good value, etc. kind of a warning to me if the employees didn't recommend it, not worth it. Staff was not helpful. Spoke to three different people on different occasions and each was rude. Also they did not allow early check in. I waited for four hours.
