The hotel is clean in a safe location. Rooms are also well maintained. I only had to issues during my two week stay. 1- You are staying at a Sheraton,a 4-Star hotel. They only provide you with two water bottles during checking. I wouldn’t mind buying more but when you ask front desk they try to upsell you with branded water bottle. Is this really that expensive to provide your guest with a couple water bottles during their stay? 2- The hotel has two elevators and only one was working during the two weeks. Conference Room very nice!
Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was great. We ordered from the bartender and he was very customer service focused, and even gave us his recommendations.
