Very clean impressive
During my recent stay at Sheraton McKinney Hotel, I encountered several operational issues that significantly affected my experience. Throughout my stay, there was no running hot water in my room, and I was not informed of this issue at check-in. Clear communication regarding service interruptions would have helped manage expectations. I travel frequently for work and recently made the decision to switch my loyalty from Hilton to Marriott. Overall, the transition has been positive, and I have not experienced any issues until this stay. I was informed that breakfast does not open until 7:00 a.m., which is later than what I typically encounter when traveling for business. The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet. But we weren’t told the hot water has been having issues and so we had no hot water and the ac in our room wasn’t cooling. When we told them, they said “We’ve been having problems off and on with the water. They didn’t tell you about that when you checked in?” To which my husband answered no and she said “I’ll talk to them about that.” That was it. We should have asked for a refund but it’s just sad how much customer service has gone down hill.
No hot water. HVAC kept cutting out. When I called for maintenance I was told nothing could be done. The employees were all friendly and it was kept clean.
