Meh. Didn't have a king bed like I reserved, offered 2 queens instead. I said ok, but these were the smallest queens I've ever seen (more likely full size). We asked for more towels on the 2nd night but they never arrived. Front desk was rude and didn't seem to care. Room a/c wasn't terribly cold. It did well enough to maintain a comfortable temp overall, but room seemed too humid and fan ran continuously. Shower water smelled funny but I'm told that may be normal for mckinney. Clean, stylish hotel with inconsistent service and uncomfortable beds. My biggest complaint is that the two “queen” size beds were actually two full size beds. This makes a difference if you’re sharing a bed with a kid that sleeps sideways! Regarding service, it was fine. Two of the three staff we interacted with seemed bothered to help but that could be true anywhere.
