The 2-bedroom villa was amazing! Plenty of room and lots of activities and nice facilities. The staff was incredibly respectful and kind, making you feel at ease. We also stayed at the Sheraton on Coconut Beach, and this one blows it out of the water in every posdible way. I heard reviews about loud AC and slow wifi, but we didn't experience anything negative at all. The only drawback is the 10 am checkout. You will want to extend your stay if you have a late night flight. Getting to stay another day is a plus!
Parking fee $40 - staff not accomodating - amenities mid - service good - could be better if they were more accommodating to my requests as a premium marriot member! no late checkout ever - do not stay on the timeshare side! no early check in. also found cockroach in room!!
Please please update your bedding. The duvet suck, comforter suck along with the pillows. Three stars just because of this

Loved the location, wonderful to be right on a beach that is less chaotic than Poipu public beach. The pool is pleasant with nice views and good pool service. The restaurants are very meh, despite the good location. Lonnie at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Would recommend, but it’s definitely not luxury.
