Having an event? Look elsewhere! – Had only one or two of things below happened we would have simply written it off as the normal chaos of a large party. However so thoroughly did their lack of attention to detail penetrate every aspect of our event that we are still upset any time someone brings up our reception. What A Room! – The Sheraton-Brookhollow has gone through a recent 6-million dollar renovation; there are new photos on their web site. The bathroom fixtures and room linens were very luxurious and the hotel as a whole was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very attentive and made sure my stay was most pleasant.

Blah – Ugh. Worst stay of my life at this place. The floors were nasty (which I read someone else say.) The restaurant was not very good either.
