Rip off Be careful when booking with this hotel chain. They are not costumer friendly at all. I had to cancel a stay with them, and I didn't notice that they have a non refundable cancellation policy, when booking on line. That's $600.00 it cost me. I have spoken to at least 6 people and I get the same response that they refuse to refund my money. Sheraton is that hard up for money that they have to take from a little guy.
