Room was $400 for the nite, room. Was old,two people pulled out of the hotel by security. Only good thing was it was attached to the event centre for a concert .

I did not stay the night but happened to be passing through the mall of Jackson square and was served by a lovely lady named Afton at the bar of Sheraton hotel upstairs. She was not only friendly but informative with regards to the City and places to go to for entertainment.
Prime location downtown Hamilton. The hotel is attached to a mini mall and a convention centre. Right across is the Hamilton Art Gallery. Right next to TD Coliseum. Walking distances to many places downtown. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room comes with a mini fridge and it was located next to the bed, which was great!
