Kevin at the front desk is amazing! Incredibly warm and welcoming. He gave a lovely first impression of the hotel. Club lounge was well stocked and clean. The breakfast selection was standard. The Sheraton section of the garage was typically very full and a few times had to park in the overflow lot for the shopping center attached to the hotel. Rooms were very clean. The ice machine on our floor was broken, but only a minor inconvenience.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Hamilton and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities and amenities were also quite good, making it a decent choice for both business and leisure travellers. J'avais réservé pour cinq nuits, mais après la première nuit, j'ai dû rentrer d'urgence à Québec pour une situation imprévue. J'ai demandé l'annulation des quatre nuits restantes, mais l'hôtel a refusé tout remboursement. Dans une situation d'urgence, je m'attendais à un minimum de compréhension. Ce manque de flexibilité est très décevant. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel, et je ne le recommande pas à quiconque s'attend à un service humain et à un soutien lorsque des imprévus arrivent.
