Was about to stay at this Hotel Room unfortunately i cant afford the restaurant food neither the accomadation stay charge my credit card got cancelled frozen so had to go back to my House. Like overall excellent customer service on the phone without hesitation was issued a money refund to my old debit card quite pricey for 3 night stay.
Kevin checked me in, and he truly embodies everything you want in luxury hospitality. He was warm, genuine, and incredibly welcoming, while doing a fabulous job explaining all of my loyalty benefits, rewards, and upgrades.
