Great stay – we will definitely be back. The experience was very much that of a five star hotel from start to finish. We dropped our bags with the doorman earlier in the day before check in as we were attending a wedding. He was friendly, approachable and handled everything quickly and efficiently. We checked in late that night and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher floor and offered a late check out at 12 pm, which was much appreciated. Stayed here for what should have been the highlight of my life—my wedding—and left violently ill after eating room service the night before. Symptoms hit hard and fast right after the meal. I’ve never been so sick in my life—absolute agony that ruined everything. The hotel’s response? A bunch of corporate excuses about their “strict protocols” and “no irregularities found,” with zero real accountability or help.
