Emma, the waitress downstairs & Tabby, the bartender upstairs. 10 out of 10.
The rooms are spacious, well maintained,and clean. The hotel is located off of Airport Rd and has easy access to Lakeland Dr.
This was the location of a conference attended. Seemed to have all the necessary space for what was hosted. Nice layout.
From the day we checked in until the day we checked out, only one elevator was working. The second elevator was out of service for our entire stay, causing extremely long wait times. Guests often had to stand in line just to use the elevator or take the stairs I have health issues, so standing for long periods and using the stairs would have been difficult for me. To make matters worse, If you use the stairs, you would had to go outside and wait for a staff member to unlock the door and let you in. That was both inconvenient... read more
