I’ve been busy and couldn’t get this review in until now however I was at this hotel a couple weeks ago for a conference & the lobby attendant Jennifer was awesome trying to help with all of our needs when out of nowhere what I guess was her manager storms in pretty much bullying her in a way speaking very rude to the worker! Mind you this worker was the only worker helping us with the rest rooms & other things.so My husband walked up to the manager and treated her the same way she was treating the worker as she deserved! Great hidden gem! The rooms were nice and so was the staff. Equipped with golf course and a day spa. I will stay here when in Flowood.
Worst service at a hotel restaurant that I’ve ever had. Took 20 minutes to just get a high chair. 30 minutes for drinks. Almost an hour before we received food. The ranch was Kraft or something from a bottle. 200+ rooms with only 2 elevators and only one of them work. Oh and no bellman. This place is beautiful and looks like a resort. It’s shame that we will never come here again.
