I called for security twice to assist with a family with small children tearing up the gym and being unbelievably loud and rude and they never came. The rooms must have been old handicapped rooms because the sink and beds were so low and I must have hit my ankle on the low platform beds a dozen times.

I have stayed in the Charlotte area a few times, but this was my first time staying downtown. Since I am from the NY area I know you can't beat the convenience of access to so much. Unfortunately, parking is not at a premium and who have got to pay pretty much everywhere. That aside, the Sheraton was a good stay.
