Very warming and accepting staff. Huge comfortable rooms close to everything and at an affordable rate. My bed to sleep in when in Albuquerque!
25 minutes on hold. NOPE!
Waste of money. Over priced rooms that smell like moth balls, a swimming pool that looks more like a bath tub, no view, negligent staff and some of the worst over priced food I have ever eaten in my life. I spent my night regretting that I spent so much money on a room with no view. I tried to call front desk for antacids for the food that gave me a retched stomach ache. ...No response. After this experience I will never give my money to any hotel owned by Sheraton. 🤮
