Even if you think that you have seen it all, done it all, then you meet another patient and there's another goal. There's a goal to help that individual. Every person's diagnosis, it may look the same on paper but trying to help that person maneuver it is - and get the best outcome - is a challenge. And I enjoy that challenge. I love working with children, and I like preventive health - learning right from the beginning - effecting what's going to happen with the child for the rest of their life.
