Let’s start by saying I never made it to my first therapy session. The day I called to schedule the receptionist was rude. Something simple as the intake questions threw me off. She over talked as I was talking several times. Her delivery was horrible. Either she is the owner or the owners evil twin. Idk, she’s definitely in the wrong occupation! They are trying to charge me for a medical bill from 4 years ago and refuse to contact me about it. I’ve called their office and don’t get a call back. I email their billing service and just get an AI response with a false promise of someone getting back to me. This has been going on since March. I’m pretty sure the issue is they didn’t contact my insurance about the charge and are trying to make it my problem. Can someone please just Asher my calls and emails?

I worked with Anthony on med management and he was great. He was very engaged, staying aware of any medical concerns, situational issues, and what my goals were. He is very knowledgeable and offered me options that worked for me.

The staff and management were hostile, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs.
