They are trying to charge me for a medical bill from 4 years ago and refuse to contact me about it. I’ve called their office and don’t get a call back. I email their billing service and just get an AI response with a false promise of someone getting back to me. This has been going on since March. I’m pretty sure the issue is they didn’t contact my insurance about the charge and are trying to make it my problem. Can someone please just Asher my calls and emails?
I worked with Anthony on med management and he was great. He was very engaged, staying aware of any medical concerns, situational issues, and what my goals were. He is very knowledgeable and offered me options that worked for me.
The staff and management were hostile, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been seeing mental health specialists at Sher Psychiatry since 2014. The entire staff, from receptionists, nurses, technicians, therapists, and doctors are all extremely kind and empathetic. The psychiatric staff has been extremely helpful in finding the right combination of medications to treat my mental health and to address my concerns when I have questions.
