Terrible experience here- cut my hand at work on rusty metal at a farm. Nurses were very rushed and not very concerned with my injury. My tetanus had expired last year and they refused to give me a booster despite NHS guidelines. I rang afterwards to ask for it again after concerns from my work but they still refused and were quite rude over the phone, eventually hanging up on me. Had a really excellent service and care. Especially from Dale and Jill. Very professional and pleasant. Only a short wait too!!
Terrible experience. I was in a lot of a pain due to a recent running accident and I felt dismissed by Alistair Brown who refused to provide me the care and support I walked into the emergency room for. He claimed if you are young you can't get fractures in your hip, however research shows hip fractures are very common in all runners. I left in pain and a lot of tears. I wouldn't recommend this hospital or seeing this particular practitioner due to a lack of knowledge.
