I brought my good running John Deere in to get tie rods replace , the mower ran fine then, now it doesn`t get fuel an will not start after i paid $231.21 to get it back not running! They replace fuel filter an spark plug also! Wish i would have know i would have just bought another mower instead!
I brought a generator, a Scotts Riding Mower, 2 different Husqvarna Riding Mowers to them for repairs. They did a great job repairing them. I plan of bringing my hydraulic wood splitter and 2 pressure washers to them in the future, but first I will bring my Scotts mower back for maintenance and new belts. The young lady that operates the desk has always been so nice as well as the rest of the staff. They all do a great job!!!
Terrible experience. Counter girl rude and invasive. Ran her mouth about a private conversation to the mechanic who, in turn, all but threw the mower at us, bade us not to return.
We took our mower to sheps last spring. After spending over 300 dollars we still only got to use it a handful of times because it kept losing power. Took it somewhere else in town and got it back and working for 100 bucks.
The friendly and knowledgeable employees quickly repaired my chainsaw that other shops in town failed to fix. After that, I started bringing everything that needed repaired or sharpened to them. They have a loyal customer here after completing work on a generator, brush hog, and mower in a timely and cost effective manner. Shep's Small Engine Repair & Hardware is the "GO TO" place in town for quality parts and repairs.
