The best part of going to Shep’s is that he has common sense and won’t tolerate people that are not respectful. Have went to him for years and have tried others in the area. He is more welcoming than others and charges a fair price, just don’t act like a “tool” and you will leave with a good cut.

I do not appreciate you harassing me as I calmly walk past your (barber shop) you should really watch you're language when talking to kids and have some respect in that tone (BOY)

Customer service is lacking. based on your reviews, sounds like you missed the memo on how to be kind. Responding to ur absurd comment: Given the fact that you have had 30 years experience dealing with the public and yet you continue to argue with the individuals who leave negative reviews, speaks to your character and utter lack of self reflection. Praying that you find peace and joy in your life.

Went in and was quite rude and on top of that walked out with a very uneven haircut. One side was much longer than the other and had to have someone else fix it. Do not recommend
