Great knowledge and ability to work on my German cars for a fair price. They are a great group of people and I would recommend them to anyone (and frequently do).
I took my car somewhere else first and boy do I regret it. Shep's was very reasonably priced, and my car was diagnosed correctly and quickly. The people there are all extremely nice as well. I'm never taking my car elsewhere again.
They were very helpful and informative putting me at ease when my engine light suddenly came on
