Dr. Sheppell has been my PCP for about 35 years. He is kind, gentle and listens very carefully to what you say. He offers good advice, treatments. One thing I like the best is that he is cautious, careful about medications. He explains the need for the med but starts slowly with it. He knows when you need a specialist, but is knowledgeable about your condition. He is very easy to talk to.
Dr Sheppell was covering the on-call messages the weekend my aging father was diagnosed with COVID. He gave us extraordinarily kind guidance. Listened to questions and helped us get the treatment we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a PCP.
Dr. Sheppell has been my primary - and only - general practicioner physician for decades. They don't come any better. His knowledge, and concern for his patient's needs, are head and shoulders above all others. I trust this man without any reservations.
