Absolutely disgusted by the treatment my Mother has received at the Shepparton Private Hospital. Following a medical procedure, five nurses used what can only be described as excessive and unnecessary force to restrain her. This experience was deeply distressing for both her and our family. Such actions reflect a serious lack of compassion and professionalism, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.
