Took over 3 weeks to just get a quote and out of 4 quotes we got it was almost $10,000 more and on average $8,000 more. I called seal roofing not sure if they got bought since I got a quote from Sheppard. Can't speak for quality but the response time and price is concerning for sure
Awesome job by Sheppard replacing the shingled roof on the addition of my house. After this winter my roof took a beating and caused a bunch of damage causing multiple leaks. Jay came out next day to give me a quote after I called and the roof was replaced a few days later. Prior to tearing off the old shingles they protected all my existing finishes too so nothing was damaged. Plan on calling them next spring to do the rest of the house and my garage.
Sheppard Exteriors recently replaced the entire roof on our home. The job proposal was fully explained and all work was completed in an excellent manner. Workers were friendly and the entire area was cleaned when the work was completed.
I had water coming into my home and couldn’t figure out the source. Jay from Seal Roofing came, spotted the problem, sent videos, gave excellent advice and recommendations. And then his team did an amazing job fixing my problem and resealing my roof. All at a reasonable price. I am grateful to be able to have a roofer I can trust when (not if!) I will need help again.
